We've moved the Reserve Study Documents from the "WCA Documents"page over here to their new location on a page of their own. Posted here is information about WCA's Reserve Study Reports which were initiated in 2024 and contracted for a three year period.
If you want to request a hard copy version of any of the Reserve Reports from 2025 and/ or 2026, please make a written request with the office manager. There is a charge for copying.
